SPST switch sim

Tests behavior of SPST to verify if it follows Rise time of voltage source. It does but you have to make sure simulation step time has the resolution. Default may not be good enough. Set Max Time Step and Initial TIme Step to 1e-10 if you wish to simulate sub 5ns rise times.
