Circuit Graph

This circuit can be used as a high-impedance input of an operational amplifier. The p-channel JFET is configured as a source follower and its output is coupled to an emitter follower NPN transistor. The Vbe of NPN BJT, the voltage drop across Rlim and Veb of PNP BJT limits the source to drain voltage (Vsd) of the JFET.
