Copy of The Forward Converter

This circuit is an isolated version of the buck converter running with open loop modulation. The transformer is energized in only one polarity. The drive duty ratio is limited to 50% such that the transformer core can reset itself through the reset winding. An ideal power switch is in place of a power transistor. In this simulation, the transformer is ideal. Effects of the core magnetizing inductance is not included.
