NPN & Op-Amp Current Source

This circuit is a modification of a standard NPN current source, and features the addition of an Op-Amp to overcome the base-emitter voltage drop (Vbe). This ensures the emitter voltage is at the same potential as the base voltage (Vref). The load current is therefore Vref/R3
