Varibale Power Supply

This circuit convert constant 12VDC Voltage into the 0 to 12 VDC varriable (Ideally Values) but practically Varriable Output= 1.5v to 10.5v IC 317 loss the remaining voltage in heat dissipation. so for generating the varriable 12v you can use constant 15v as a input
