Circuit Graph

A Tic-Tac-Toe (Noughts and Crosses) game using digital logic gates. The Digital constants are arranged in pairs on a grid pattern like a Tic-Tac-Toe board, each player picks which constant of the pair they are going to be (top or bottom), this is essentially like picking the X or the O in Tic-Tac-Toe. (Apologies for the messy circuitry I didn't do any Boolean Algebra to simplify it or anything). UPDATE 1.1: - Added error code doubleInput which is signalled by the LED of the same name. - LED 'Error_doubleInput' will activate if both top and bottom digital constants in any pair are on. - When doubleInput error is displayed, no player can win until the conflict is resolved.
