1.) Choose arbitrary Value for C1
2.) C2 = C1.
3.) C3 = ( ( C1 ) * 2 )
4.) R2, R3 & R4 are matched, at 1k-ohm
5.) R1 = ( ( f / 2 ) / ( 0.693 * C1 ))
6.) R5 = 1 / ( 8.8856 * f * C1 )
7.) R6 = R5
