LC oscillator circuit

When the supply is given to the capacitor(switch S1 and S2 is closed condition), the capacitor is charged now. After charge the capacitor and discharge through the inductor. so now turn ON switch (1 & 3). Now the inductor is charged and the capacitor becomes 0 and the inductor discharge the stored energy, like the capacitor now charge. These condition to produce a oscillation.
