Circuit Graph

Soft latching power switch with inrush current limiting feature. In the "normal" mode the inrush current is over 2A. In "inrush current limiting" mode the inrush current is less. I am not using powerful MOSFET, because there is no other working model (the generic one is not working with such a low gate-source voltage).
