This circuit is a completely analog ECG signal amplifier with bandpass filter. The bandpass range is 0.5 - 106 Hz. The gain is primarily adjusted on the instrumentation amplifier input stage by increasing RG (decreases signal gain) or decreasing RG (increases signal gain).
