Copy of RLC at resonance (effect of Max Time Step setting)

Voltage measured by probe PR1 should be zero as the circuit is at resonance, however the transient simulation shows a steady state amplitude of about 1.2V. I have done a single frequency AC analysis of the same circuit with Multisim 14.1 which shows an amplitude of 45.4uV (i.e. close to zero, as it should). Is this a bug with the transient analysis algorithm?
