4-20 mA signal converted to 1-5 Vdc for Arduino

A circuit to convert a 24 Vdc sensor with a 4-20 mA signal current into a usable 1-5v input to an ADC. The op-amp limits the input voltage to the MCU's ADC to 5.1v and gives an alarm indication at 100% span.
