The circuit uses a potentiometer whose total resistance is R1. The movable stylus on terminal 2 creates two variable resistors: R1 between terminals 1–2 and (1ß )R1 between terminals 2–3. The movable stylus varies over the range 0 ≤ ß ≥  1. 1. Fing the express for G= Vout/Vin in terms of ß. 2. Calculate the amplifier gain ß = 0 and ß = 1. 3. Plot Vo and Vs for ß = 0, 0.5, 1.0.
