Soft latching power switch - example 2 (without inrush current limiter)

Soft latching power swtich example. Be careful when connecting it to load (the load's current may prevent it from turning off). Can't be turned off when the "turn on" button is pressed. So, can be used in reverse - the "on" state of the latch would be used as "off" state of the controlled device (the device will be on when powered).
