Copy of Simple Charger circuit

In this circuit we would be producing a constant output from a 230 v Ac using a full wave rectifier and using a capacitor but there is something we should take note of it that there resistor which is equivalent to the load (load can be laptop or mobile ) there will be charging and discharing of capacitor so in order to get constant dc the rc time constant should be very high and this will happen if we have capacitor of higher capcitance or if resistance of load is high.
