This circuit is a Wein Oscillator and so is unstable at the Oscillator Frequency of about 1.5 KHz when R2 = 2 x R3. A bode Plot shows this at the Oscillator frequency of about 1.5 KHz. If R2 < 2 x R3 the circuit will be stable for all frequencies and a Bode Plot will show this.
