Complementary MOSFET Analog Switch (Trasmission Gate). n-Channel MOSFET Threshold voltage (VTO) changed from 0 V to 2 V but is not enabled, p-Channel MOSFET Threshold voltage (VTO) changed from 0 V to -2 V but is not enabled. All other parameters of the MOSFETs are in the default values. Note: When comparing this circuit with "n-Channel JFET Analog Switch" and "nMOS Analog Switch" the load resistance and both peaks of the input signal must be carefully considered.
