Amplifies a 1-mV EKG pulse by 722.5 times. Includes a Sallen-Key filter with a cut-off frequency of 16Hz. There is 200mV, 60Hz common-mode interference. The diff-amp stage is deliberately unbalanced by setting the values of the four resistors, in that stage, to either 1% high or 1% low. Some 60Hz interference appears at the input to the Sallen-Key filter. Most of the interference is removed, however, by the filter. The Sallen-Key filter is designed to have a 3dB "bump" in its Bode plot. The filter has a cut-off frequency of 16Hz as stated above.
