Triangle Wave Generator 1V to 11V

A possible alternative to the circuit titled "Jammer 4.9 to 5.4 Ghz." Generates a triangle wave from 1V to 11V at 720Hz with a 12V DC source voltage. The "Jammer" circuit generates a voltage range from 4V to 11V at 480Hz with a 15V DC source voltage.
