Marcial was born in Río Cuarto, Argentina, in 1991. He received his degree in electrical engineering at the Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto (UNRC), Argentina, in 2016. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in engineering sciences at the UNRC. Since 2012 he is a member of the Grupo de Electrónica Aplicada, UNRC. He teaches electromagnetism for students of Physics, at the UNRC.
