Voltage controlled SPDT/DPDT

The Voltage Controlled SPDT models a single-pole, double-throw switch.

When the control voltage is greater than the Position 1 on-state voltage, the resistance between the pole and position 2 is Ron and the resistance between the pole and position 1 is Roff. When the control voltage is less than Voff, the converse is true. When the control voltage is in between Von and Voff, the resistances between the pole and the two switch positions are in between Ron and Roff. Their exact values are based on a smooth logarithmic function which is designed to assist convergence when the switch changes states.

The Voltage Controlled DPDT is a double-pole, double-throw switch. It functions the same as the single-pole double-throw switch, except that the same control voltage controls two independent switches.
